Eric Favier joins Transactions & Cie as Partner

Eric has over 25 years of investment banking experience, during which he has contributed to the origination and execution of a large number of transactions on behalf of family-owned businesses, investment funds and large corporates.

He began his career in the Corporate Finance department of BNP Paribas, where he worked on M&A and capital markets transactions for major French groups. In 2001, he joined JPMorgan Cazenove in London and then in Paris, where he created and developed the French Investment Banking business as Managing Director and member of the executive committee.

He then continued his career at Hawkpoint Partners (now Canaccord Genuity) and subsequently at PwC France as a Partner, where he contributed to the growth of the Corporate Finance practice, primarily serving family-owned businesses and investment funds. In 2023, he founded Favier & Associés.

Eric has led numerous transactions in the B2B services, energy and technology services sectors. His background is also international, with positions in London and Milan, as well as numerous cross-border transactions in Europe, and with the United States, Asia and Africa.

His rich, diverse and international background is a real asset for the leaders of mid-cap companies.
