New York, NY – April 8, 2024 – Transactions & Compagnie, an investment bank providing M&A advisory services dedicated to family businesses and entrepreneurs, announces today the opening of two offices in the United States, in New York and Miami. This initiative aims to meet the growing needs of its clients for cross-border transactions.

Cédric Meeschaert leads the American expansion: Cédric Meeschaert joins this new venture as Chairman – North America. With over two decades of leadership as the former Chairman and CEO of Meeschaert Group, Cédric brings his expertise in family-owned businesses and international wealth management to this new endeavor. He is also the co-founder and former board member of Park Sutton Advisors, LLC, a New York-based investment bank specialized in financial services. Cédric is recognized for his strategic insights and innovative approach in advising family enterprises globally. Cédric earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1997.
An experienced and ambitious team: In New York, Cédric Meeschaert will be supported by Benoit Paillier, Associate, and by Thierry-Yves Philippe, who will split his time between his role as Partner at Transactions & Cie in Paris and his new role integrating France-U.S. opportunities.
